Welcome to the residence at Booth University College. Living on campus is an option that’s convenient and offers many perks to make your experience at Booth UC memorable.

Perks of living on campus
Living in residence is a fast way to make meaningful friendships and lasting memories. Residents enjoy free activities throughout the year, including movie nights, pizza and game nights, concerts, intramurals, special orientation events, unique volunteer opportunities, and exclusive after-school events. For ways to get involved, stay tuned for emails, posters, and updates from our live-in residence assistants.
Convenient location
Our residence is on the upper levels of our main campus building, providing a safe and secure environment that’s close to all your classes. Our downtown location makes it easy to access everything Winnipeg has to offer. You’ll be surrounded by local businesses, amenities, and public transit.
Private residence rooms
Each floor is gender-specific with a recently renovated shared bathroom. Every room is furnished with a twin bed, desk, shelves, and a large closet with shelves and drawers.
Affordable living
Living on campus is an affordable alternative to renting an apartment in Winnipeg. For about $730 per month, you’ll also get our weekly meal plan. We offer a simple payment plan for all your costs.
Safety first
Feel safe and secure with our FOB entry system for both the institution and entry to the residence floors from the elevators. A live-in residence assistant is on-site to help you adjust to campus life, provide social and spiritual support, or assist you when needed.
Laundry
Convenient pay-as-you-go laundry facilities are located on the third floor. You’ll get a reloadable pay-card that can be used for the washer and dryer. One load of laundry (wash and dry) costs about $5, and you can reload your card at your convenience.
Storage space
Storage is located in the sub-basement level. You can request a storage cupboard to use during the academic year (September through April). You must provide your own lock and key. If you’re returning the following September, your belongings can stay here during the summer at no charge.
Lounge and study space
There are TV and lounge spaces on every floor and lots of comfy study spaces to choose from. On the main floor, relax in the spacious Commons lounge to watch TV, play pool, study or just hang out with friends.
Third-floor patio
Enjoy some fresh air on our 3rd-floor patio. The patio has tables and seating areas, plus BBQs are available for your use.
