This service is only available to Booth/CFOT staff and students.
To request books or articles NOT held in the Fairbank Library, please complete the forms below. Be sure to include your student or staff number on the form. Articles are normally filled within 2-5 days. Books are normally filled within 7-10 days.
GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS
As the library must reimburse the lending library for delivery and handling charges, there is a limit of 5 requests per person per day.
Any charges costing over $5 must be paid by the patron making the request. Staff will contact students with this information prior to filling the request.
You will be contacted when the item(s) are available for pick-up.
In order to comply with Canadian copyright law, no more than 20% of a book or journal may be copied at any one time.
Books
- When requesting books, please search our catalogue to make sure that we do not hold a copy.
- Books must be returned within three weeks after receving them. There are no renewals allowed on ILL books.
Articles
- When requesting articles or book chapters, please make sure the full text of the article you require is not in one of our fulltext databases. Search articles & databases
- Photocopies of journal articles are yours to keep
